- Turnaround time begins when ALL required information is received.

- All items are shipped via United States Postal Service, and tracking is included on all items. Once your package ships,

Once the package ships, it is in the hands of the Post Office. No refunds for packages that are
- lost/unclaimed/damaged/not delivered/not delivered on time or left out in the elements causing damage.

- Free Shipping for printed items applies to select party items to USA location only.

The "Paperless" Printable option applies for select items only, and is void where prohibited.

We ONLY ship to the address found on the order receipt - no exceptions.

Purchased an item with incorrect mailing address?
- You must contact us immediately (within 2 hours) to have your order cancelled.
- If we've already started, then you must repurchase with correct address FIRST,
- and THEN we will refund your 1st order.
These policies protect both you (the buyer) and us (the seller) from fraud and abuse.
If you wish to have an item shipped as a gift, you must enter the recipient's mailing
- address during Checkout in the "Shipping" section, and let us know that it's a "Gift".

- International shipping for printed items are subject to additional shipping charges.

- Insurance is good for the amount of original item(s) purchased,
- and if damaged, must be redeemed by the buyer at his/her respective post office.
- Shipping receipt will be provided upon request.
- Overnight & Rush Service
- Please be available to pick-up your RUSH order on the day the package arrives.
- Tracking is available for all shipped items.
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their package, to ensure the delivery date.
- We are not responsible and will not give refunds for "Unclaimed" packages or the
- customer's failure to be available for signature pickup if required.
- A note left by the post office, qualifies as a delivery,
- and is a request for a prompt pickup from the post office.
It is the buyers sole responsibility to pick up the box in a timely manner.
- If an "unclaimed" package is mailed back to us,we consider it a forfeit of product,
- will not re-ship the box or provide a refund.
- By leaving the box "unclaimed" and forcing the post office to return to us, you are forfeiting
- your party items and the money paid for them.
